Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move after examination of material witnesses.

Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody 15.07.2019, learned court in seisin of the matter may expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. 5.
