This case had been listed for delivery of judgment yesterday i.e. 31.10.2022, after rising of the Division Bench. But as the case in the Division Bench continued till 5.00 p.m., the judgment could not be delivered yesterday for which this case is listed today for delivery of judgment.

2. Judgment pronounced in separate sheets. 3.

The TRP(CRL) is allowed. I.C.C. (GN) No.27 of 2017 is transferred to the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar. But the learned Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalaya, Ghasipura, Keonjhar is directed to transmit the records of I.C.C. (GN) No.27 of 2017 (Lopamudra Mishra vs. Sabyasachi Mishra) only after examination (and cross examination) of the witnesses of the complainant are over. After the records are received in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, the latter shall issue notice to the parties for their appearance and proceed with the trial. The learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar shall do well to post the case on the same date as the other cases involving the parties are posted in his / her Court, if prayer is made for doing so and if there is no other legal impediment.
