1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The defaulting loanee is before this Court challenging the notice issued under Sections 13(2), 13(4) and 14 of the SARFAESI Act,2002 whereby recovery process has been initiated by the Canara Bank, Fertilizer Township Branch, Rourkela for recovery of the outstanding liability of around Rs.11,00,000/-.

3. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that for a similar relief, the petitioner has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack.

4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.
