ORDER
17.03.2022 Order No.
06.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. D. Mohanta, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
The petitioners file this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize them as the employees of Paradip Port Trust to undertake the work of repair and maintenance of B.G. Permanent railway lines of Paradip Port Trust. The petitioner further seeks to direct the Port Trust not to induct M/s. Rites Ltd for undertaking the work of repair and maintenance of B.G. permanent railway lines of Paradip Port Trust until I.D. Case No. 7 of 2014 pending before the CGIT, Bhubaneswar is answered. 4.
Mr. D. Mohanta, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly contended that in the meantime M/s Rites Ltd. has left the job and therefore, the relief, which has been sought as against opposite party no.4 is no more exist. So far as regularizing is concerned, the petitioners have already approached in I.D. Case, which is pending, thereby eventually the relief sought by the petitioners has to be adjudicated by the Industrial Tribunal in the I.D. Case.
5.
In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and as such the same stands disposed of. 7.
The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
