Since this matter relates to forfeiting the E.M.D. amount, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Though the petitioner claimed the E.M.D. amount, it is open to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/agreement executed between the parties. 3.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
