Learned counsel for Petitioners alleged that there is an attempt for eviction of the Petitioners from the disputed property in question without following due process of law.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioners from the disputed property in question without following due process of law provided the Petitioners have not faced with any such proceeding as of now. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
