Mr. T. Pattnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel contended that the prayer of the petitioner cannot be acceded to because he claims certain rules to be included in the schedule and, as such, the same cannot be permissible under Mineral Concession Rules, 1916.

In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
