1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file representation before the authority.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn giving liberty as submitted. If the petitioner files representation before the authority concerned highlighting his grievances within three weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority concerned within one month of filing of the representation.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
