Against illegal rescission of contract executed in the year 2012-13, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. Thereby, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
