This writ petition involves the following prayer: "
P R A Y E R In the premises, it is therefore prayed that your Lordship's would be graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition and seeking a direction to directing the Appellate/ competent Authority to consider the representations filed by the petitioner dtd.06.12.2021 and sanction of financial assistance provided by State Govt. under Health & Family Welfare Deptt. Odisha, Bhubaneswar within stipulated time frame;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 5.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
