1. Mr. Prasanna Kumar Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General, Government of India filed Memo of Appearance on behalf of the opposite party No.1 and Mr. Avijit Mishra, learned Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party Nos.2 and 3 are taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the petitioners will approach the learned District Judge, Sundargarh under Section 16
(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with an application for enhancement of compensation.
3. If such an application is filed by the Petitioners not later than 19th September, 2022, the same shall be examined by the learned District Judge and disposed of in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
