None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called. 3.
The writ petition has been filed inter alia, seeking the direction to opposite parties 1 and 2 in connection with recruitment of Constable (GD) in ITBP, BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB & Rifle Man (GD) in Assam Rifles 2012.

Mr. D.K.Das, learned CGC, appears on behalf of the opposite parties.

From paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit it is excellently clear that the petitioner has received the call letter on time contrary to her submission in the writ petition.

Taking note of the same, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition and accordingly, the same stands rejected. ( V.NARASINGH ) Dhal Judge
