This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with T.R. Case No. 18 of 2020 arising out of Nabarangpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020, pending on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Nabarangpur, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-20(b)(ii) C of the N.D.P.S., Act. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nabarangpur, by Order dtd. 03.12.2020 in T.R No.18 of 2020, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile nine (9) witnesses have been examined and seeks an adjournment to produce the copies of the deposition. 6.
Since the trial is commenced, this Court is not inclined to examine and assess the complicity of the petitioner vis-à-vis statement of the witnesses at this stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
