The matter is taken up on through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioning. 3.
Considering the submission of Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel that the tractor involved in the loan is already sold at lower price and now for the Bank is going to auction the gold under their deposit taken by way of security from the petitioner further for the outstanding of Rs.2,55,563/- + interest as on 10.3.2021, this Court taking into consideration the petitioner has already submitted O.T.S. application, disposes of the writ petition directing the Odisha Gramya Bank Authority to consider the O.T.S. application at the instance of the petitioner appended herein provided petitioner depositing at least a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) within a period of two weeks. Till a decision is taken by the competent authority on the O.T.S. application of the petitioner on the amount being deposited, Anenxure-8 shall not be given effect to.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed
