Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits that the main application under Section 12 of the PWDV Act pending before the learned court below has since been disposed of and hence, the cause of action does not survive in the present petition. He furnishes a copy of the order dated 25th April, 2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jharsuguda for compliance of the order.

2. In view of the above, the CRLMC is disposed of as infructuous.
