In the aforesaid Writ Petition, the petitioner had challenged the selection procedure for the post of Community Organizers.

With efflux of time, the cause of action does not survives and the matter has been rendered infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed being devoid of merits.
