This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this application in respect of the Petitioner no.1. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner no.1. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner no. 2, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioner'. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Plantsite P.S. Case No.9 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.51 of 2020 pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Panposh within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.
