Heard Mr. R.K. Pradhan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government advocate appearing for opposite parties no.1 & 4. 3.
Mr. R.K. Pradhan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that during pendency of this writ petition, opposite party no.2-Special Land Acquisition Officer (M.C.L), Angul has considered the grievance of the petitioner and recommended the same to opposite party no.3-General Manager, Mahanadi Coal Fields Limited, Talcher, Angul vide Annexure-6 dated 22.10.2020. Therefore, direction may be issued to O.P. no.3 to consider the case of the petitioner on the basis of the recommendation made by opposite party no.2.

Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government advocate appearing for opposite parties no.1 & 4 has no objection to the
contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to opposite party no.3 to act upon the recommendation made under Annexure-6 by opposite party no.2 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order, if the said recommendation has not been disposed of in the mean time.
