1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the appellant, despite our order dated 21.07.2022. In the Order dated 21.07.2022, we had categorically observed as follows:- "On 5.07.2022, we had accommodated Mr. B.

Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant in a part heard proceeding, but unfortunately there is no representation today. If on the next date, there is no representation for the Appellant, this Court will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution."

3. Even today, there is no representation from the Appellant as noted above.
