None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 14.09.2022 and 18.04.2019. Further, the defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed despite order being passed on 18.04.2019. 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact, it pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
