1. Counsel for the Petitioner states that at this stage the Petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Tahasildar to dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 15th November, 2008(Annexure-4) expeditiously.

2. Since the prayer is limited one, directions issued to the Tahasildar disposed of the said application and Annexure-4, if not already disposed of, within a period of four months from today in accordance with law. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Tahasildar forthwith.
