1. Mr. S. Parida, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department informs the Court that the school in question is functioning in a properly constructed building. He refers to the second affidavit dated 1st August, 2014 itself. He states on instructions that the new school building was constructed in October, 2015 itself.
