1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. Order No.

2. This is the application for modification.

3. Heard.

4. It is submitted that the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 07.07.2022. While disposing the said petition the Hon'ble Court directed the Opposite Party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months.

But inadvertently, owing to typographical error, the word "Opposite Party No.2" has been wrongly typed as "Opposite Party No.3" and the

// 2 // word "Annexure-9" has been wrongly typed as "Annexure-6".

5. In view of such submissions, the sentence as mentioned in Para-6 of the order dated 07.07.2022 i.e., "...directing the Opposite Party No.3 to take decision on the presentation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months", be deleted and replaced with the modified sentence i.e., "directing the Opposite Party No.2 to take decision on the presentation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months". Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

6. With the aforesaid modification the I.A. is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
