This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners in the present writ petition have assailed the advertisement at Annexure-3 for engagement of Community Professional, inter alia, on the ground that since they were working as Community Organizer. They are ought to be considered before any fresh advertisement is made.

To facilitate the authorities to take a decision, this Court grants leave to the petitioners to make a fresh representation. 5.
If such a representation is made within a period of four weeks from today, the authority shall do well and consider the
same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order along with such representation.

It is needless to say that the interim order dated 14.03.2014 stands vacated 7.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. ( V.Narasingh ) Judge
