This writ petition involves the following prayer: "
P R A Y E R It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- i) Direct the opp. parties to allow the petitioner to avail 35% of Subsidy on Sponsored Composit MSME loan as per the MSME guidelines & scheme being schedule caste beneficiary vide Annexure-5.
ii) Pss such other order(s) / direction(s) as would be deem fit and proper in the bonafide interest of Justice.;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the
// 2 // Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 5.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
