1. In view of the order passed by this Court on 24th January, 2022 in W.P.(C) No.20919 of 2021 and a batch of cases, the writ petition requires to be allowed. The impugned notice dated 31st March, 2021 issued under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and all proceedings and orders consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
