1. Considering the submissions made, it is directed that the Law Order No.

Department, Government of Odisha will consider the Petitioner's representation dated 20th January 2022 (Annexure-5) and communicate its decision to the Petitioner not later than 28th February, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
