This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 06.02.2015. 3.

This Court by an order dated 06.02.2015 has directed the petitioners to take steps for issuance of notice to opposite party No.2 but office note indicates that no requisites has been filed for issuance of notice afresh.

In view of such facts, it seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge
