Heard Mr. J.N. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction to opposite parties to comply the order of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal as at Annexure-1 within a stipulated period.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that if the order dated 29.01.2019 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubanewar in O.A. No. 06 of 2017 vide Annexure1 has not yet been complied with, the same shall be complied with within a period of four months from today. 5.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands

disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's office order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
