2. Heard Ms. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of promotion dated 01.11.2021 issued in respect of opposite party no.3 under Annexure-5 and thereby direct opposite party no.1 to promote him by conducting Review DPC within a stipulated period.

4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2director, Fisheries, Odisha, Cuttack to take a decision on the objection filed by the petitioner under Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner along with other affected parties within a period of two months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
