1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash FIR in Soro P.S. Case No. 248 of 2017 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 442 of 2017 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Soro

2. This Court vide order dated 28th August, 2017 issued notice to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 and directed stay of further proceeding of the aforesaid CT case.

3. At the time of hearing, since none appeared for the Petitioner when the matter is called, it is construed that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous and the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed and the Interim order dated 28.08.2017 also is vacated.

5. A copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the court concerned forthwith.
