In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel appearing for the CBSE that the application for correction of date of birth of the petitioner has in the meantime been rejected by the CBSE.

Learned counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file a better application to challenge the said order of rejection. 4.

Permission is granted with liberty as aforesaid. 5.
