The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 09.05.2013 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 2411 (C) of 2012.

It is contended by learned Counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 1948 of 2014, which was disposed of vide order dated 20.04.2022 and this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the said Writ Petition.

In view of the reasons stated in the Order dated 20.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1948 of 2014, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Judgment.
