1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

2. Mr. Samantary, learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction submits that the Petitioner's representations dated 07.01.2022 and 10.01.2022 (Annexures-14 & 15) will be examined by the Works Secretary, Government of Odisha after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and the decision thereon will be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 1st March,2022.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

5.
