2. Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel for the opposite parties Nos. 3 and 5 and A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice
