Considering the prayer made in the Writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to approach Opp. Party No.1 by making a comprehensive and detailed representation within a period of two weeks from today. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No.1 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three months.
