The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow 2nd RACP w.e.f. 01.01.2013 and 3rd MACP w.e.f. 16.04.2016 on completion of 20 and 30 years of service respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that opposite party no.4 has recommended the case of the petitioner to opposite party no.1 vide Annexures-2 & 3, but the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to act upon the recommendation made by opposite party no.4 vide Annexures-2 and 3, taking into consideration Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
