Against non-regularization of service in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the tribunal in O.A. No.2821 of 2017 and subsequent order dated 17.02.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4880 of 2020, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

Issue notice to the opposite parties.

Four extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 4 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
