Heard Mr. Dbendra Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction to opposite party no.4 to cancel the nomination paper of opposite party no.5 and issue direction to opposite parties no.1 and 2 to take immediate steps regarding objections filed by the petitioner on 22.01.2022.

Since the election process has already started, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5.

With that liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19

situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's office order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
