Mr. S.S. Mohanty, learned counsel states that he has got instructions to appear on behalf of the opposite parties. Let two extra copies of the writ petition be served on him within three days. 3.

Heard Mr. B. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite parties. 4.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.2 to revise/correct the pension payment order no.ORBBS00078355 considering the actual continuous service rendered in SPINFED as well as ORMAS, and further seeks direction to the opposite party no.2 to calculate the arrear pension within a stipulated time along with interest @12% per annum from the date of due till the date of payment.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the

representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
