1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are in custody since 8th December, 2021 in connection with Balianta P.S. Case No.399/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1074/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar, for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 394 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner assaulted one Ahmed Khan and snatched away cash of Rs.50,000/- and a mobile phone from him causing bodily injuries. After their arrest, the Petitioners were identified in the T.I. parade. It is submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case and the Petitioners are local residents.

5. Considering the submissions as above, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
