This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Madanpur-Rampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.23 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C,. Madanpur-Rampur, Kalahandi for commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 294, 323, 332, 353, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the institution of this case is an aftermath of a case, which was instituted before the Madanpur-Rampur Police Station on

// 2 // 17.01.2022 by petitioner no.2 for which P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022 was registered. Learned counsel further submitted that there is no such material against the petitioners relating to their involvement in the case and therefore, the anticipatory bail application may be favourably considered. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the public servants on duty were attacked.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, since it is a case, which arises due to the attack on public servants on duty, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, it is observed that in the event the petitioners surrender and move for bail in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today the same shall be disposed of the same in accordance with law expeditiously by the learned Court below. The case records shall be made available to the Courts concerned for disposal of the bail application.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
