The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 03.01.2022 under Annexure-4 rejecting the application of the petitioner by opposite party no.2 for grant of "No Objection Certificate" at the time of documents verification/interview for recruitment to the Asst. Professor (Board Specialty) in Group-A (Orthopedics Department) under the Odisha Medical Education Service cadre pursuant to the advertisement no.19 of 2021-22 dated 10.11.2021. 3.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, the order dated 03.01.2022 under Annexure-4 is hereby quashed. The opposite parties are directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner with regard to grant of "No Objection Certificate" in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Dr. Snehalata Mallick v. State of Odisha (W.P.(C) No. 4242 of 2021 disposed of on 12.02.2021) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
