This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is alleged that in spite of a direction of the learned Lokayukta, there is no initiation of the proceeding. It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a request to the Tahasildar, Puri vide Annexure-3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Puri to take appropriate steps forthwith depending on the direction of the Lokayukta vide Annexure-1 and also keeping in view the development through the order vide Annexure-4.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. 5.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
