1. Considering that there has been interim order staying the impugned direction of the Orissa Information Commission, Bhubaneswar requiring the Petitioner to pay a penalty of Rs.25,000/- for the delay caused in furnishing a reply under the RTI Act, and having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court reduces the amount to Rs.10,000/-. The said amount will now be paid by the Petitioner not later than four weeks from today.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
