Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banki P.S. Case No.143 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.199 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Banki for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 325/376(1)/307/34 of IPC.

Having regard to the nature of accusations and the availability of materials prima facie in support of the same, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. It is however open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of some material witnesses in the case including the victim.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
