25.01.2022 This matter is taken up through video conferencing Order No.

Heard Mr. S.K. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioners seek direction to the opposite parties to settle the government plot in question in their favour.

It is contended by Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in occupation of the plot in question for more than thirty years by constructing their houses over the same and also enjoying electricity connection. 5.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With that liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's office order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
