Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, opposite party no.1 issued demand notice dated 26th October, 2021. His client by representation dated 21st December, 2021 requested facility of One Time Settlement (OTS).

Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel, appears on behalf of opposite party nos.2 and 3. 3.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice to opposite party no.1 (bank). It is, however, directed to consider and deal with petitioner's said representation dated 21st December, 2021 and inform her whether she can avail OTS, within two weeks of communication.
