1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to urge the contentions raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. The interim order dated 30th June 2012 passed in the present application stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch to immediately communicate this order to the concerned subordinate court.
