This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 05.03.2012 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.306 of 2011 granting interim maintenance to the Opposite Parties at the rate of Rs.1000/- per month from the date of application i.e. 16.12.2011.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
